God for Kids app

Who We Are

Inspired by her children, Joanne Gilchrist wrote God for Kids, a Bible-based kids’ devotional app over seven years ago and her children provide the voiceovers.

Joanne is based in the UK, she is a writer and an active member of her local church. She has a Graduate Certificate in Theology, Ministry and Mission.

In 2021, Joanne founded the charity Ruach Resources to oversee the app, the books and any future resources that will help the next generation grow in their faith in Jesus. Now there’s a whole team of volunteers who love to help you talk to kids about God.
